While we do welcome walk-in guests, we highly recommend making a reservation in advance to ensure availability. Reservations can be made by phone or through OpenTable.com. Please provide us with the name, number of guests, requested date, and your contact number. Upon arrival, kindly check in with our hostess, and please note that we can only seat your party once everyone is present. For those with reservations, please provide the name under which it was made to avoid any complications. We will notify you promptly when your table is ready. LARGE PARTY POLICY
We understand that accommodating a party of 8 or more can be challenging due to the size of our establishment. However, we will do our best to accommodate as many guests as possible. Please note that for large party reservations during service hours, we require a credit card to reserve the table, and the reservation must be confirmed on the day itself. Our ability to increase the number of diners in a party is very limited, especially if your reservation is at 8 pm or earlier, as we have already booked a table to follow. We kindly remind you that a credit card is necessary to secure the reservation for parties of 8 or more guests, and it must be confirmed on the reservation day. It’s important to be aware that our capacity to accommodate additional diners is limited. Additionally, please note that there is a minimum charge of $30.00 per customer (excluding tax and tip). We can accommodate separate checks for your convenience, but we limit them to five (5) payment transactions per party. It’s essential to understand that the all checks over $100 will be subject to a 18% gratuity. This policy applies to all tables, regardless of split payments. Also, the gratuity is set at 21% and will be automatically added to the bill for parties of five or more, including toddlers.
LAST CALL & LAST SEATING
Our goal is to ensure that you have the best dining experience possible. To achieve this, we kindly ask that you place your dine-in order no later than 30 minutes before our official closing time. This will provide our hardworking staff with ample time to provide you with the quality service you deserve. In addition, please note that our kitchen and bar will close 15 minutes prior to our closing time for dine-in orders. This measure is in place to ensure that all orders can be prepared and served in a timely manner, while still maintaining the high standards we strive for.
RESERVATION TIMING POLICY
Thank you for choosing our restaurant for your reservation. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes lead to lateness, and we appreciate your understanding of our seating limitations. To ensure the smooth operation of our establishment, we kindly ask that you arrive within ten minutes of your reservation time. If you anticipate a delay or are unable to make it, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can make the necessary arrangements. We strive to accommodate all our guests to the best of our abilities. However, if there is a no call or no show, there will be a charge of $20 per person for large party reservation and No Show status on your OpenTable account.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept various payment methods for your convenience. You can make payments using cash, debit cards, credit cards, as well as contactless payment methods such as Google Pay and Apple Pay. However, please note that for debit and credit card payments, it is mandatory to use EMV chip technology. This ensures a secure and reliable transaction process. OTHER POLICIES AND RULES
Please be advised that outside food and drinks are strictly prohibited within our premises. We kindly request that you refrain from bringing any outside items. Additionally, we would like to inform you that there will be a corkage fee of $25 for each wine bottle brought onto our premises. This fee helps us maintain our high standards and provide a pleasant dining experience for all our guests. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy. We also want to inform you that the prices listed on our menu, whether in physical or online form, are subject to change without prior notice. Our team works diligently to ensure the accuracy of our pricing, and any adjustments are made to reflect market conditions and maintain the quality of our offerings. Lastly, we want to emphasize that we reserve the right to refuse service to any individual. We strive to provide exceptional service to all our guests, and in rare cases where a situation may arise, this policy ensures a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.
